HASTINGS DISTRICT COUNCIL | Organisational Leadership

Worked with local council to aligning low socioeconomic and high socioeconomic communities through a six-month initiative, bringing together two previously disconnected groups to foster collaboration and community involvement. This initiative led to ongoing partnerships between the communities, with additional providers joining to support and sustain the program’s long-term impact.

SPLASH PLANET | Community welfare

Worked in conjunction over several months to secure sponsorship funding and unite two sections of the community. Over a three- to four-month period, this effort culminated in a community-wide initiative where members came together to participate and engage. As a result, ongoing collaboration was established to support long-term community welfare and well-being

HAWKES BAY DISTRICT HEALTH BOARD | Heathcare

We were approached to enhance leadership and drive cultural change within the district health board and local leadership body. As a result, individual members took greater responsibility in their roles, with ongoing support provided over a three- to six-month period to strengthen leadership and improve overall outcomes for the committee.

LORNA JANE LIVING | Business

Worked alongside leading Australian entrepreneur Lorna Jane to develop and deliver successful strategies in business management, development, and sustainability. This collaboration led to ongoing engagements with various business leaders every three to twelve months, focused on improving operations, enhancing performance, and increasing profitability.

THE STELLA TRUST | Government

We were contacted by government department heads, political figures, and TV personality to run nationwide workshops on developing community resilience in response to the growing drug crisis. These workshops led to increased awareness and leadership within various government and business organisations, equipping them to address the rising issue of drug use in communities. Over a 12-month period, this initiative contributed to ongoing efforts to reduce drug-related problems in New Zealand.

GUILD MORTGAGE | Property

Worked with hundreds of mortgage brokers to explore the impact of performance leadership and effective communication on improving outcomes and increasing profit margins when engaging with potential clients in the mortgage industry.

MINISTRY OF EDUCATION | Education

Contracted by the Ministry of Education to design and implement leadership development programs within schools. These programs were conducted over a one- to two-year period, with ongoing support to enhance leadership understanding and improve learning outcomes.

AKUAHA | Culture

Worked with a team of general managers to enhance leadership performance and communication outcomes, creating a positive impact on overall leadership capabilities. Follow-up in the following months showed improvements in communication, conflict resolution, and various other initiatives outlined in the training, which were successfully implemented in the subsequent months.

Problems Faced

To assess the long-term impact of our programs, we conducted a follow-up study with a cross-section of thousands of individuals we’ve worked with across various industries. Three months after completing the training, we revisited their progress to evaluate how effectively they had implemented what they learned and the improvements they had experienced in their professional and personal lives.

  • A major challenge in many organizations was a lack of open and effective communication.
